Land parcel videography in Colorado
A land video usually starts high. A wide overview places the parcel in its surroundings, showing nearby towns, highways, rail, rivers, and other developments. From there, the drone moves along the approximate perimeter so viewers understand the shape and size, then lower to show terrain, tree cover, rock outcroppings, ponds, and existing structures like barns, wells, or fencing.
In editing, we add outlines, acreage labels, and callouts for access points, easements, and utilities that you identify from your own documents. These graphics are marketing illustrations based on the information you provide, not surveys, so buyers should still rely on recorded plats and a licensed surveyor for exact lines. When a parcel is part of a planned subdivision, our housing development photography covers phase overlays and progress flights.
