Quick answer
Rocky Mountain Photography provides Denver real estate photography for listing agents, brokers, and sellers. Our photographers capture bright, true-to-color interiors, curb-appeal exteriors, and optional drone, video, twilight, and Matterport tours, with next-day delivery as our goal so listings can go live on schedule. Book online in minutes.
Denver real estate photography is often the first showing a home gets. Buyers scroll past dozens of listings on their phones, and the ones that stop them have clean, bright photos that make rooms feel as spacious as they are. Good listing photos do not exaggerate; they show the home honestly at its best, so the people who book a tour arrive already interested.
Rocky Mountain Photography was founded in Denver in 2016 by brothers Jeff and Nick Perry, and residential listings have been part of our work from the start. Today our team photographs condos, bungalows, new builds, and mountain properties, and adds drone, video, and 3D tours when a listing calls for them. Booking happens online, and we aim to deliver edited photos the next day.
A standard shoot covers every main living space, the kitchen, primary suite, bathrooms, notable features, and the front and back exteriors. We bracket exposures so window views stay visible and blend them for a natural, bright look rather than an overprocessed one. Verticals are straightened, colors are corrected for mixed lighting, and small distractions like cords or a stray towel can be cleaned up in editing. Photos are delivered online in MLS-ready and full-resolution sizes, so you can upload to the MLS, build a property website, and print flyers from the same set. Many agents add aerial photography for lots, views, or proximity to parks, and a listing video for social media. Everything is shot with the listing's marketing plan in mind, so the hero image, the room order, and the aerial angles all support the story you want buyers to see.

The biggest improvements happen before we arrive. Clear kitchen and bathroom counters, remove fridge magnets and personal photos, make beds with neutral bedding, open blinds, and replace burnt-out bulbs so every room has matching light. Move cars out of the driveway and put away trash bins and garden hoses for the front exterior. If the home is vacant, consider virtual staging for the main rooms so buyers can picture scale and furniture placement. We send a prep checklist with every booking, and our photographer will do a quick walk-through on arrival to plan the order of rooms around the light. Sellers who prepare the day before usually find the shoot itself takes less time, and the finished photos need less cleanup, which keeps delivery on schedule.

Not every home needs every service. A downtown condo might need only photos and a floor plan, while a large lot in Castle Rock benefits from drone imagery that shows acreage and the view toward Pikes Peak. Homes with standout lighting or landscaping can shine with twilight photography. A Matterport 3D tour helps out-of-state buyers and relocations tour remotely. Luxury listings often use our luxury media packages, which combine video, aerials, and detail photography. If you are not sure what a listing needs, tell us about the property and we will recommend a sensible mix rather than upselling extras. The goal is a marketing set that fits the home, the price point, and the buyers most likely to be scrolling for it, without paying for media the listing will never use.

Agents need reliability more than anything: a photographer who arrives on time, works efficiently around sellers, and delivers when promised. Our scheduling runs online, so you can book a slot without phone tag, and a project manager is available for multi-property or complex shoots. Our drone pilots are FAA Part 107 certified and insured, which matters in Denver where much of the metro sits in controlled airspace. Because photography, video, drone, and 3D scanning all come from one team, the look of your listing stays consistent across every platform. For repeat listing volume, our broker photography packages keep ordering simple. And if a seller has a question about the shoot, our team is happy to talk them through it directly, which takes one more task off your plate.

We aim for next-day delivery on standard real estate photo shoots. Add-ons like video or extensive virtual staging can take longer, and we will confirm timing when you book so your listing launch date stays realistic.
Most homes take about an hour or two on site, depending on square footage and add-ons. Larger homes, drone flights, and video shoots add time, and we plan the schedule so sellers know when they need to step out.
It is fine either way, though most shoots go faster when sellers step out. If they stay, we will ask them to keep pets and themselves out of the room being photographed and away from windows during exterior shots.
Yes, condos, townhomes, and apartments are a large part of our residential work. We will ask about building amenities like rooftop decks, fitness rooms, and lobbies, and photograph those too if the HOA allows access.
Yes, we use wide but realistic focal lengths and careful positioning to show room size honestly. Overly wide lenses mislead buyers and cause disappointment at showings, so we avoid the stretched look. Honest photos bring in buyers who already like the layout.
