Every event is different, so coverage starts with your run of show and priorities. Typical coverage includes arrivals and registration, venue and decor details before guests arrive, speakers and presenters on stage, candid networking and audience reactions, sponsor signage and booths, awards or recognition moments, entertainment, and group photos. Our photographers move quietly and work with available light when possible, adding flash discreetly when rooms are dark. For events with a red carpet or branded backdrop, step-and-repeat photography gives every guest a polished portrait. Edited images are delivered in an online gallery sized for social media, websites, and print, and a small selection of highlights can be prioritized for same-week social posts. Group photos are organized quickly so guests are not kept from the party.
