Quick answer
Rocky Mountain Photography provides real estate drone photography Denver listing agents and sellers rely on. FAA Part 107 certified, insured pilots capture aerial stills that show the home's lot, roof, landscaping, views, and nearby amenities, edited to match your listing photos and delivered online with hosting included. Book online in minutes.
Real estate drone photography in Denver gives buyers the overview they cannot get from the curb. An aerial image can show a lot line, a backyard that opens onto a greenbelt, a view toward the Front Range, or how close a home sits to a park or light rail station. These are often the details that make a buyer schedule a showing, and they are hard to explain in a listing description.
Rocky Mountain Photography has photographed homes from above since the company was founded in Denver in 2016 by brothers Jeff and Nick Perry. Our drone work runs in-house with certified pilots, which keeps aerials consistent with the ground photos and lets us add them to almost any listing package. Imagery hosting is included, so sharing aerials with buyers and co-agents is simple.
A residential aerial set usually includes a straight-on elevated view of the front of the home, angled views that show the roofline and lot, a high shot that places the home in its neighborhood, and a view toward the best scenery, whether that is the mountains, a lake, or the downtown skyline. For homes with features like pools, outdoor kitchens, solar panels, or large gardens, we add closer aerials that highlight them. Optional graphics can outline the property boundary or label points of interest such as schools, trails, and shopping. All aerials are color-corrected to match your interior and exterior photos, and delivered in MLS and full-resolution sizes for print brochures. Hero aerials often become the cover image of a property website or postcard, so we frame at least one with room for text.

Drone photos help almost any detached home, but they are especially valuable for larger lots in places like Parker, Castle Rock, and Erie, homes backing to open space, properties near water or golf courses, and new construction communities where buyers want to see the layout of the neighborhood. Acreage and horse properties outside the metro rely on aerials to show fencing, outbuildings, and access roads. Townhome and condo listings can use aerials to show proximity to parks or downtown, provided the building and HOA allow it. Mountain homes benefit too; see our mountain home and cabin photography page for properties in the high country. If you are unsure whether aerials suit a listing, ask and we will advise honestly before you add them.

Our pilots are FAA Part 107 certified and insured. Before every booking we check airspace, because much of metro Denver sits near airports where authorization is required. Pilots also avoid flying over uninvolved people and moving cars, and they respect neighbors' privacy by keeping the focus on the listing. Weather matters: wind, rain, low clouds, and snow squalls can ground a drone, and afternoon winds are common along the Front Range. We try to schedule aerials when conditions are calmest and will move the flight if needed, while interior photography can usually continue as planned. You will never be charged for a flight we decide not to fly for safety. Safety decisions are always the pilot's call, made before takeoff, and we will tell you promptly when the aerial portion needs to move.

Drone stills combine well with residential drone video for social media and listing tours, and with twilight aerials for homes with striking evening light. Many agents bundle aerials into our broker photography packages, which simplifies ordering. For large estates or ranches, our luxury estate aerial video adds cinematic motion. If you are marketing an entire housing development rather than a single home, see housing development drone services. Whatever the combination, everything is shot by one coordinated team, delivered together, and edited in a matching style so your listing looks cohesive. That consistency matters when buyers view the listing across the MLS, home search portals, social media, and printed materials, since mismatched color or style can make a listing look less polished. One booking also means one point of contact for questions, changes, and delivery, which saves agents time on every listing.

Yes, boundary outlines and labels for points of interest can be added in editing. Lines are approximate visual guides based on information you provide and are not a survey, so note that in your listing materials.
Our pilots handle FAA airspace authorization when required. Flights focus on the listing property and avoid lingering over neighbors or people, and HOA or building rules may apply to some condo and townhome communities, so check those before booking.
Yes, as long as winds, snow, and visibility allow safe flight. Fresh snow can look beautiful from above, though many sellers prefer aerials when the lawn and landscaping look their best. Short winter days also narrow the flight window.
