Turning expertise into scripts and shot lists
Pre-production starts with your learning objectives. We review existing manuals, slide decks, or recorded sessions, then break the material into modules that each teach one skill. A module on equipment startup, for example, gets its own script, while a broader culture overview becomes a separate piece. Short modules are easier to update when a process changes.
We interview your subject matter experts to capture the steps in plain language, then write scripts with on-screen text cues and a shot list of every close-up needed: buttons, gauges, hand positions, screens. Scheduling accounts for production lines, patient areas, or shift changes so filming does not disrupt operations. If a process is safety-critical, we confirm your safety lead reviews each script before shoot day.
