Planning your wedding film
We start with a conversation about your priorities. Some couples care most about the ceremony and toasts, others about getting-ready moments, a mountain sunset, or a family tradition. We review your timeline with you or your planner, note key people, and plan where cameras should be for the processional, vows, ring exchange, and recessional.
We also coordinate with your officiant, DJ, and venue. Officiants and venues sometimes limit where filming can happen during the ceremony, so we confirm rules early. For audio, we plan a discreet microphone for the officiant or groom and a feed from the DJ for toasts. Outdoor ceremonies get a weather and light plan, which matters in Colorado where afternoon storms and quick sunsets can change everything within an hour.
