Preparing customers and questions
We begin by learning what your prospects worry about before they buy: cost, timeline, disruption, whether the result will last. Those concerns shape the interview questions. Instead of asking whether a customer liked you, we ask what the problem was, what they tried before, what working with you looked like, and what is different now.
You make the introduction and secure permission; we handle scheduling, location details, and a short prep note so the customer knows what to expect. Filming at their office, home, or job site adds authenticity and B-roll opportunities, while our studio works when a neutral setting is better. Release forms are signed before filming so the testimonial can be used without later surprises. If a customer is nervous, a short phone call beforehand usually helps.
