Writing an explainer that respects the viewer's time
A good explainer follows a simple structure: the problem, the product as the answer, how it works, and what to do next. We start by interviewing your product team and, ideally, someone in sales or support who hears customer questions daily. Their input decides what the video must cover and what it can skip.
The script is written in plain language and timed to the target length, usually short enough for a product page. We pair each line with a visual: a close-up, a demonstration, a screen recording, or an animated diagram. A shot list and storyboard follow so you can approve the look before shoot day. Physical products are prepped in advance, with clean samples, packaging, and accessories ready to film.
