How we work with Denver law firms
Before filming, we confirm the scope in writing: what will be recorded, where, when, who will attend, and any format or labeling requirements from the firm or court reporter. On site, we record what the attorneys request and avoid editorial choices that could be seen as shaping the record. Raw footage is preserved, and we note the date, time, location, and operator for each recording session.
Delivery is organized around how legal teams work: clearly labeled files, consistent naming, and copies in the formats you specify. When edits are requested, such as a summary video for mediation, the unedited originals remain available alongside them. Confidentiality matters on every matter, so files are shared only with the people you designate. For written records of footage, our transcription services can help, though official transcripts come from certified court reporters.
