Documentation and delivery
Good records make the production easier to explain later. For each session, we note the date, start and end times, address, people present, and camera operator, and we can provide a written summary of how footage was captured and edited if counsel requests one. Original camera files are preserved, labeled consistently, and kept separate from edited versions.
Delivery follows the legal team's needs: edited video in specified formats, raw footage on drives or by secure transfer, a shot log, and any documentation counsel asked for. Files are shared only with people the firm designates. If the case later requires testimony about how the video was made, counsel should discuss that with us early.
