Preparing the property and the shot plan
Planning starts with the listing agent. We ask about the features that matter most, such as a renovated kitchen, a primary suite, a finished basement, mountain views, or a large lot, and build the shot sequence around them. A walkthrough order is mapped so the video moves logically from curb to entry to living spaces to outdoor areas.
We send a prep checklist covering decluttering, lights on, blinds open, cars out of the driveway, and pets away. Scheduling targets the best light for the home's orientation, and twilight shoots can be added for homes with great exterior lighting or city views. If drone footage is planned, we check airspace in advance, since parts of the metro sit near controlled airspace around DIA, Centennial, and Rocky Mountain Metropolitan airports.
