Preparing for a live or studio talk
For live events, we review the venue, stage layout, lighting, and AV setup ahead of time and request an audio feed from the soundboard. We note when the speaker will move, use slides, or interact with the audience, and plan camera positions accordingly. If the event has its own crew, we coordinate rather than compete for space.
For studio sessions, we help shape the talk itself: an outline, segments that work as standalone clips, and a teleprompter script if needed. Studio filming gives full control over lighting, background, and retakes, which is ideal for course content, thought-leadership series, or a speaker reel when no upcoming event offers good footage. Speakers receive wardrobe and prep notes before either kind of shoot.
