Planning around the roles you need to fill
We start with your hiring priorities. Hard-to-fill roles, entry-level programs, and leadership positions each need a different message. A video for field technicians might focus on training, tools, trucks, and pay transparency you choose to share, while a video for engineers might focus on projects, mentorship, and flexibility. We also ask what new hires say surprised them, because those details make videos believable.
From there we select employees to feature, ideally a mix of tenure, roles, and backgrounds, and outline interview questions that draw out real stories. The shot list covers workspaces, team moments, training, and any perks or community involvement you want shown. Scheduling works around shifts and client commitments, and release forms are collected from everyone on camera.
